The papers submitted are examined, initially, by the Editorial Committee, as a preliminary step to the external review with a view to visualizing whether they conform to the thematic scope of the journal and verify their correspondence with the publishing standards committed.

Subsequently, the evaluation of the works begins, using the “double blind” criterion for which two researchers from the External Committee and one member of the Internal Committee are asked. Once the process has begun, the author will receive the response associated with his submission within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of receipt. Only when the proposal submitted receives the positive assessment of two external reviewers, the article can be accepted for publication in the journal. In each work the date of reception and acceptance of them is collected.
